Tree of Life, Fruitful

From the dusty jewelry box to an estate sale to me,  vintage earrings, pendants, brooches and bracelets change hands until the land on my work table. I gather and sort them, arranging them with compatible companions until they take on a form. Trees have always been favorite subject of mine. The Tree of Life has varied symbolism across many cultures. To me the Tree of Life represents a fruitful life with deep connections to the earth and the people we love as well a broader connection to all living things. Trees are shaped by both abundance and adversity. They represent the full circle of life.
